He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Cindi Folkner (Tom), Jerry Holland, Danny Holland, John Holland, Arthur Appelgren (Constance), Laura Tulgetske and Dale Appelgren (Lisa); his grandchildren, Shyla, OnnaLee, Alexander, Dallas, Owen, Bobbi Sue, David, Riley, Jozie and Brody; and his great grandchildren, Alayna and John.
