She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Powell and Hazel Powell (Wark); and her sister Norilyn Hunt. She is survived by: her husband Richard Schalk; her children, Joanne Schalk, Patty Gressick (Paul) and Kim Schalk; her grandchildren, Sarah Morrison (Cory), Erin Hintsala (Steven), Ryan Gressick, Travis Schalk, Adam Schalk and Kendra McMurphy; her great grandchildren, Evyn, Owyn, Mason, Avery and Kamden; and her brother Earl Powell (Bobbe).
