She is survived by: her husband David Julka; her children, Eric Urso (LeAnne), Annie Urso, Lori (Markowski) and Stephanie (Schulze); her stepchildren, David Julka II (Jane) and Caroline Staley (Randal); her grandchildren, Gerald, Josh, Tim, Andrew, Ellen, Jacob, Abby, Jere, Rebecka, Aubrey, Dave, Rachel, Nathan and Brandon; her sister Lisa Dice (Peter Burkowitz); and her sister-in-law Eddie Basel. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
