She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gazarek and Katherine Gazarek; her daughter Kathy; and her siblings, Norbert, Martha and Helen.

She is survived by: her sister Elsie Sedlock. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and dear friends.
