He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Price and Margaret A. Price (Desrochers); his son Andrew Price; and his brother Gerald Price. He is survived by: his son Steven Price of Flint; and his sister Peggy Shereda (Joe) of Houghton Lake. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and a lot of friends.
