He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Zahul and Mary Ellen Zahul. He is survived by: his uncle Disco; his children, Morgan Smith (Chuck), Tyler Zahul (Jen) and Callie Stoscup (Dan); his grandchildren, Charlie, Julian and Savannah; his wife Nancy; and his siblings, George Zahul, Sue Zahul, Sharon Zahul and Harvey. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
