She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blackman and Elsie Blackman; her husband John Eisenhart; and her brother Charles Blackman. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce and Patricia; her grandson Charles; her children, Connie, Cathy, Debbie and John; and her sister Pat of Naples, FL.. She is also survived by her four children, six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
