He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce and James Loch Jr.. He is survived by: his aunt Joan; his uncle Arlyn; his siblings, Judy Cooper (Chuck Jr.), Jeff Loch (Kymm) and Jill Loch; his nieces and nephews, Chuck Cooper III (Carrie), Ian Loch (Rachel), Janelle Goodman (Shaun), Lizbeth Brenneman (Scott) and Adam Loch; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Makayla Goff, Piper Beckerson, Liliana Goodman, Braelyn Goodman, Oliver Loch, Beau Cooper, Palmer Loch, Jack Brenneman, Blake Cooper and Henry Brenneman; and his friend Leon Adams (Linda).
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Services will be held privately.
