She was predeceased by: her husband James Zak; and her parents, Stanley Ashcraft and Ann Ashcraft. She is survived by: her child Highland; her friend Jan; her children, Lauren Bouchard, Michael Zak (Andrea) and Andrea Moore (Ryan); her grandchildren, Olivia, Zofia, Addy and Jimmy; and her siblings, Tom Ashcraft, Eileen Leyland (Bob) and Frank Ashcraft (Debbie). She is also survived by her many brothers and sisters in laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, visitation will be held outdoors and face masks will be required.
