She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Raymond Kelps, Sr.; her son Richard Raymond Kelps, Jr.; and her siblings, Anita Stover and Wayne Hawpe. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Ann Glomski (Gary Lee) and Laura Lee Stumbaugh; her grandchildren, Megan Marie Miller, Nicole Lee Kelps, Mitchell Ross Miller, Rachel Lauren Riemenschneider (Jake), Katelyn Mackenzie Valentine (Joe) and Emily Isabella Stumbaugh; her great grandchildren, Levi Mikko Nater and Adrian Allen Posthumus; and her siblings, Venita Wyatt (Ray) and Delbert Hawpe (Jeanie).
