He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Phillips and Betty Phillips; and his brother Robert Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Brandon (Kate), Andrew (Talina), Treavor (Shawna), Rustin (Monica), Patrick (Kelly) and Mitchel (Julie); his grandchildren, Cass, Carter, Blade, Rex, Keira, Aria, Brenden, Hayley, Kellen, Grayson, Emmerson, Conner, Nikki, Sammi, Lexi, Evelyn and Ayden; and his siblings, Donald Phillips (Mary Ann) and Kathryn Temple. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends who Doug considered his family.
