He is survived by: his children, Charles, Jr. Cooper (Judy), Craig Cooper (Ingrid), Mary Allen (Craig), Cynthia Bell (Cory) and Nancy Baas; his grandchildren, Charles, III, Janelle Goodman (Shaun), Jasmin Cooper, Melinda Woods, Derek Nelson (Starkey), Ryan Cooper (Jennifer), Samuel Allen, Scott Allen (Megan), Shannon Allen, Mandy Allen (Manuel Martinez), Evan Bell (Melanie Gomez), Kacy Bell, Nathan Bell, Randall Perry (Amber) and Aaron Perry (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Beau and Blake Cooper; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Angel Baker, Martin, Landen, Nicholas Nelson, Olivia, Riley, Madelyn Starkey, Selah, Asher Allen, Collin, Clara Martinez, Aleksander Bell, Grace, Madelynne, Layla, Amelia, Julia, Jack Perry, Caylyn Perry, Makayla Goff, Liliana Goodman and Braelyn Goodman.
