She is survived by: her children, Shelley Childs, Lori Bonkowski (Stephen), Leslie Beemer and Jim Faulker; her grandchildren, Jacob (Meaghan), Mckenzie, Madison, Nicholas Childs, Alex Faulker (Eileen), Lexie, Riley Beemer, Samantha Kazmierczak (Mike), Olivia Plańte (Dave), Kelsey Kazmierczak (Jared) and Darren Faulker; and her great grandchildren, Ansely, Emery, McKenna, Presley, Colton, Adrianna and Vera. She is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
