He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin Rogers and Joan Rogers; his children, Mariah and Matthew; his siblings, Sherrie English (Bob) and James Rogers; his parent-in-law James Frailey (Betty Estep); his siblings-in-law, Tom Frailey (Margaret) and Mike Frailey (Joyce); and his nieces and nephews, Bob, Jamie, Mike, Laura and Jack.
In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial donations may be made in Bills name to the Oakland County Sheriff's Department Fallen Officers.
