She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McKinley and Hazel McKinley (Hall); her husband Robert D. Tice; her siblings, Charles "Bud" McKinley, Robert McKinley and Louina Mae Whittlesey; her niece Robin Lee Whittlesey; and her pet Muffin.
She is survived by: her nephews, David W. Whittlesey, Charles W. McKinley IV (Peg), Timothy I. McKinley (Pam) and William McKinley (Susie); and her niece Laura McKinley-Bilacic (Richard). She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
