He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald DeClaire and Helen DeClaire (Bagley); and his nephew Steven Tinnette. He is survived by: his wife Fay DeClaire; his children, Susan Vansteel (Steven), William DeClaire (Brenda) and Michelle Skoney (James); his grandchildren, Victoria Skoney, Michael Skoney and Marissa Skoney; his stepgrandchildren, Clay Vansteel (Kali) and Russell Vansteel (Caitlin); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Reagan and Rylee Vansteel; and his sisters, Judy Rupersburg (Paul) and Janet Tinnette (Danny).
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Alzheimer's Association & St. Vincent de Paul Society.
