With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Laurine Elise Renkert of Higgins Lake, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Spear and Evelyn Spear (Vail); and her siblings, Lynn, Larry, Leslie and Michael Spear.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Otto Renkert; her children, Richard Renkert (Becky), Mark Renkert, Linda Johnson (Steve), Steven Renkert (Carol) and Sean Renkert (Chris); her grandchildren, Joshua, Christopher, Junior, Caleb, Isabelle, Gavin, Aiden and Sloan; and her sister Maria Spear.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home (233 Northbound Gratiot Ave, Mt Clemens, MI 48043). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
