She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Cichy and Nora Cichy (Ardziejewski); her husband Joseph Monkiewicz; her son Thomas; and her son-in-law Ron Koryciak.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Koryciak of Flint and Steve Monkiewicz of L'Anse, Michigan; her grandchildren, Jason Cox (Loretta) of Gales Ferry and Jackie Wood (Eric Smith) of Grantville, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Caitlin, Austin (Summer), Addy, Rachel, Amanda and Sara; and her great great grandchild Maddox. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Donna's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
