She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Kaier and Ruth Kaier (Phelps); her husband Ross Griffith; her sister Gloria; and her brother-in-law Bob Rousseaux.
She is survived by : her children, Royce Peppa (late Horst) of Kalamazoo, Gretchen Leguizamon (late Enrique) of Kalamazoo, John Griffith of Hickory Corners and Carolyn Griffith Grooms (Henry) of Tampa, Florida; her grandchildren, Ernesto Leguizamon of Richmond, Luis Leguizamon of Mamaroneck, Marissa Leguizamon of Los Angeles, Carmen Leguizamon (John Lee) of Cove and Ross Heflin of Chicago, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Ricky Leguizamon, Luis Leguizamon (Alex), Humberto Pallares, Lucy Pallares and Llewyn Lee; and her sister Sharon Pond (Richard) of Livonia, Michigan..
