With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert John Andress of Hessel, Michigan, born in Mackinac Island, Michigan, who passed away on September 29, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John and Gladys Andress (Chapman); his wife Catherine Early; his daughter Kimmy P. Andress; his stepsons, Richard Bagbey and Dan Bagbey; his brother-in-law Calvin Rogers; and his siblings, Anna J. Putman, David Andress (Martha) and Richard Andress.
He is survived by: his children, William Louis (Therese Andress) of Mackinac Island, Kathy Andress of Mackinac Island and Bobbie Andress of St. Ignace, Michigan; his grandchildren, Miranda Andres-Morse, Amanda Falkenberg, Brittany Falkenberg and John Andress; his sister Mary Rogers of St. Ignace; his stepchildren, Linda Horn (Joe), Sharon Gallagher (Thomas) and John Bagbey; and his stepdaughters-in-law, Gwendolyn Bagbey and Mary Bagbey. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
