With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Edwin Reno of Hessel, Michigan, born in Afton, Michigan, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Reno and Luella Reno (Knight); his wife Nancy Reno; his stepfather Leonard Walters; his siblings, Archie Reno, Roger Walters, Lois Ormsbee (Bud), Reta Lapeer (Fulford) and Henrietta Crawford (Jim); and his brothers-in-law, Lloyd Avery, Ray Whitmore and Gene Harrison.
He is survived by: his children, Archie Reno (Kathy) of Hessel, Floyd Reno of Hessel and Ruth Gerou (Boe) of Rapid River, Michigan; his sisters, Elaine Avery of Derby, Janet LeDuc (Barry) of Cheboygan and Teresa Whitmore of Lemar, Iowa; his siblings-in-law, Vera Harrison and John "Bill" Knoy of Huntsville, Texas; his grandchildren, Kacie Cartwright (Ben), Elizabeth Reno, Marcelle Reno, Alexander Reno, Sam Wortz (Jeremiah) and Gerald Burrell (Beth); and his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Trenton, Natallie, Analicia, Dilynne, Sullivan, Jairyd, Elijah, Isabella and Liam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
