She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert May and Luella May (Smith); her husband Duane M. Giffen; her sons-in-law, Charley Skuse and Bernie McLean; her great grandchild Nevaeh Gillette; her brothers, Wayne and Clayton May; her brother-in-law Ed Harmsen; and her nephew Tom Harmsen.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Giffen (Cindy) of Hesperia, Cynthia Skuse of Hesperia, Pamela Wakefield (David) of Houston and Fonda Spaulding of Hesperia; and her siblings, Lewis May (Judy), Lyle May (Peg) and Carol Harmsen. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren & 13 great grandchildren.
