He is survived by: his mother Jane Kamphorst (Pekel) of Tennessee; his wife Rebecca (Poling) of Hesperia; his son Jace Kamphorst (Melissa) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Chloe, Chase, Ava, Hannah and Makenna; his son Zach Kamphorst (Michelle) of Fremont; his granddaughter Edith; his daughters, Alexis Stygstra (Kyle) of Hesperia and Samara Hughes (Cody) of Hesperia; his grandchild Addison; his daughter Amy Jaime (Angel) of Flatrock; his grandchildren, Chevy, Alex and Antonio; his daughter Kara Hammond (Lee) of Muskegon; his grandchildren, Ellie and Jude; and his siblings, Chris Kamphorst of Tennessee and Dawnn Dexter (Rob) of Hesperia.
