He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Finley and Marjorie Ila Moore (Miller); and his sister Sue Crow. He is survived by: his parent-in-law Shirley Clark; his wife Shirley of Hesperia; his daughter Deana Bjork (Jeff); his grandsons, Will and Wyatt of Rockford; his daughter Rebecca Ward (Jake); his grandchildren, Jaxon and Jaymeson of Rockford; his son Sam Moore III (Bethany); his granddaughter Adrienne of Muskegon; and his siblings, Chuck Moore (Dee) of Dorr and Helen Walker (Dave) of Hesperia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
