He is survived by: his children, Effie M. Rose, Brenda L. Rose, Penny K. Luce (Mike), Tracey R. McGhan (Rick), Cherie T. Vet (Tom), Tim W. Collier and Jim W. Whisenant (Jennette); and his siblings, Carl Rose, Lucille Wambaugh, Bill Rose (Jessie), Dorothy Gibbs (Wayne) and Hazel Wolffis. He is also survived by many grandchildren & great grandchildren.
