He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nichols and Mary Nichols (Rummel); and his brother James Nichols. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Nichols of Cedar Springs, MI., Anastasia Fulghum of Smyrna, TN., Jared Nichols (Regina) of Pierson, MI. and Joel Nichols (Rebecca) of White Cloud, MI.; his sisters, Janet Drews (Richard) of Three Rivers, MI., Joyce Omey (Dale) of Taylor, MI. and Judy Malugen (Jay) of New Baltimore, MI.; and his close friend Christiene Beckley. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
