He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kaye of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his son Steven Douglas Earl of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his father Roger Earl of Fremont; his sisters, Linda McCall (George) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Susan Foss of Fremont and Peggy Myers of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his mother-in-law Lucille Balcom of Hesperia; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Wilbur (Rich) of Hesperia, Luci Moore (Scott) of Newaygo, Gordon Balcom (Jane) of Hesperia and Gary Balcom of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
