He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Mansfield and Elnora Adelia Taylor (Smith); his wife Deborah Wemple; his daughter Sonya Marie DeCheney; and his siblings, Lorraine Brown, Goldie Lanesky, Linda Cole, Sandra Cole, Timothy Taylor and Clifford Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Nora Taylor, Daniel Taylor Jr., Bernadette Taylor, Michael Jones, Thomas Jones, Shannon Dagen, Tim Taylor and Mike Taylor; and his siblings, Elizabeth Taylor, Mary Lee Castle and Robert Taylor. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
