She is survived by: her parents, Charles Chernis and Mary Ann Chernis (Jarmolinski); her husband Joseph of Hesperia; her cousins, Jennie, Rick Moore, Alice Schultz, Kathleen and Richard DeBelgnan; and her siblings-in-law, Walt Veldheer of Grandville, Pauline Sprik of Hudsonville and Norma Kuiper of Hudsonville.
