He was predeceased by: his parents, William Curtis and Odetta Curtis (Stone). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Marie Cousineau; his children, Sarah McBean of Middleville and J. R. Curtis of Springdale, AR; his grandchildren, Kyle, Alexis and Aaron; and his siblings, Charles Curtis (Reba) and Mary Newman of Etowah, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
