She is survived by: her parents, Dean Perry (Mary) and Bonnie Perry (Campbell); her children, Amber Jo Willett (Rayce) and Ryan Perry; her grandchildren, Amelia Willett and Jayden Perry; her brothers, Gilbert Hetrick and Clifford Hetrick; and her stepbrothers, Jody Hopkins and Gordy Nummer. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
