He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnie Zarske and Norma Zarske (Kreiss). He is survived by: his wife Jean Marzean; his children, Kathleen Pitts-Zarske (Nathan), Daniela Shunk (David) and Eric Zarske (Crystal); his grandsons, Jackson Pitts and John Shunk; his brother Daniel Zarske; and his brother-in-law Tom Marzean (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
