He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hornik, and Lucy Hornik, Sr. (Schueller, family: Stephenson); and his sister Janice Kakuk. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Wendricks of Hermansville; his children, Debra Kleiman (Tony) of Wilson, Rick Hornik (Roxann) of Iron Mountain and Robert Hornik (Tammie) of Daggett; and his sister-in-law Margaret Hornik. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
