It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Eva Wightman of Henderson, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Gerstner and Eva Gerstner (Cattrysse); her husband Wade C. Wightman; and her children, Dianne Bailey (LaVerne) of Mears, MI, Gerald Wightman (Tess) of Texas and Richard Wightman (Mary) of South Carolina. She was also cherished by three granddaughters, six great grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.
Memorials may be made to Henderson Memorial Methodist Church.
