He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felix Rousseau and Marion Rousseau (Countegan); his wife Kathleen Ilgen; his children, Kathleen Smith (Michael), Scott W. Rousseau (Christie), Ryan R. Rousseau (Amanda) and Eric L. Rousseau (Rachel); his grandchildren, Gunnar, Wyatt, Reagan and Cody; and his siblings, Kay Ezop, Christine Benn, Lisa Strasel, David Rousseau (Barb), Keith Rousseau (Mary) and Mark Rousseau (Cheryl).
In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, the limitations of number gathered, mask wearing and social distancing will be observed.
