He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Turner and Ella Turner (Pifer); his spouse Shirley Ann Mead; and his son Randy Turner. He is survived by: his children, Clarence Turner (Karen), Mark Turner (Robin), Harold Turner (Laurie), Jane Turner and Louanne Turner; and his grandchildren, Wendy Baty (Jim), Amy Gole (Jason), Tim Turner, Rachel Swint (Tim), Sean Turner, Justin Turner (Melissa), Kip Turner (Angie), Eric Turner (Andres), Melissa Turner and Jared Turner. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
