She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett E. Otter and Helen Otter (Kreger); her significant other Ralph S. Barst; her daughter Dawn M. Barst; and her parents-in-law, John and Lillian Barst.
She is survived by: her children, Steve M. Barst (Marjorie) of Birch River, WV, Pam J. Leppert (Jeff) of Hemlock and Suzie L. Worley of Saginaw; her siblings, Duane Otter (Joyce) of Hemlock and Irene Palacio of Owosso; and her close friend Donna Reagen. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren.
