It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Annette Norris (Hemlock, Michigan), who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Richards (Tippey) and Anson L. Richards; her son Dennis Howard Norris; and her brother Phillip Neff. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Arthur Norris; her children, Arthur Allen Norris and Jennifer Nanette Jackson (Carlos); her grandchildren, Gabrielle and Chanelle Jackson; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Heaven; and her sister Susan Lee (Neff).
