He is survived by: his spouse Najiba Mattial; and his children, Bassima Kassab (George), Bassim Mattia (Wesal), Majid Mattia (Ghusoon), Amad Mattia (Taghreed) and Samah Attisha (Moukhlis). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
