He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Cassie; his siblings, Alvis, Mary and Judy; his parents, Cullie Webb and Vina Webb; his wife Evelyn; his child Kim; his grandchildren, Alexia and Dalton; and his son-in-law Brian.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church. Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rollins Funeral Home (1822 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530).
