He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Mike Mulligan (Patti) and Jackie Eaton; his father-in-law Richard Bird; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Hatcher and Richard Rayner (Carla). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
