It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verle Krammin of Hastings, Michigan, born in Dorr, Michigan, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Melinn and Effie Melinn (Stein); her brothers, Clair and Francis Melinn; and her brother-in-law Conrad Krammin (Agnes).
She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Daniel Krammin of Hastings, Amy Shao (David) of Palo Alto and Joseph "Joe" Krammin (Janet) of Richland; her grandchildren, Jack Krammin, Katie and Rhys; her sisters, Rosemary Cheslock (Mike) of Grand Rapids, Patricia Huttenga (Jerry) of Byron Center and Ann Marie Plummer (Russell) of Jenison; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann McEachin (Charles) of Fennville, Vicky Melinn of Wyoming, Mary Melinn of Byron Center and Paul Krammin of New Mexico. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 11:00 A. M. at St. Rose of Lima Church, 805 S Jefferson St, Hastings, MI 49058 with no visitation due to COVID restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Verle's memory can be made to St. Rose of Lima Church or the Hastings Public Library.
