He is survived by: his children, Josh Eavey (Kristen) and Kelsey Ward (Tim); his grandchildren, Jaxton, Nora, Cash, Waylon and Trace; and his siblings, Al Eavey (Valerie), Connie Hicks (Rick) and Sheri Hall (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
