It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Harry Goodenough of Hastings, Michigan, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Vern Goodenough; his wife Betty Goodenough (Snore); his mother Gladys Matteson; his siblings, Vern Jr. Goodenough and Wilma Gosneigh; his stepfather Bob Matteson; and his daughter Vicky Rutzebeck.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Goodenough (Vonda) of Hastings, Don Goodenough of Hastings, Mike Goodenough (Gayelynn) of Hastings, Sandy Bowen (Mark) and Dan Goodenough (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Aaron Hartman (Laura), Andy Goodenough, Casey Goodenough (Jessica), Stuart Goodenough, Hunter Tyner, Brandon Sanders, Britney Curtis (Bretton), Krista Shoemaker (Brandon), Karley Williams (Chase) and Lacey Sanders; and his sister Dorothy Roussel. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
