It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda K. (Bicard) Billingsley of Hastings, Michigan, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dewey Bicard; her daughter Heather Billingsley; and her sister Renee Bicard. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Bicard (Carson) of Buchanan; her caregiver Aid; and her children, Robert "Bobbie" Billingsley of Niles and Kasey Kelley of Niles. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
