It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul E. Schiedel of Hastings, Michigan, born in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Schiedel. He is survived by: his mother Patty Schiedel of Martin; his wife Bonnie Lynema; his children, Amy Kalkman (Jonathan) of Wayland and Eric Schiedel (Carey) of Galesburg; his granddaughters, Sophia, Emily and Megan Kalkman; his brother David Schiedel (Char) of Kalamazoo; and his sister-in-law Janice Derks (Elmer) of Jenison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Hastings.
