He was predeceased by: his mothers, Estelle Cusack and Fern Tobias; his brothers, Herb Cusack and Dan Cusack; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Carol Cusack and Lawrence Endres.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Cusack (Tobias); his children, Jenny Williams (Matt), Randy Cusack (Amber) and Katie Batts (Kyle); his grandchildren, Ava, Liam, Henry, Ella, Adi, Emersyn, Chloe, Alyssa and Jayme; and his siblings, Bill Cusack (Ann), Ken Cusack (Mary Jo), Beckie Cusack, Jan Williams, Mary Endres, Colleen Cusack, Jim Cusack and Peg Cusack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations can be given to St. Ambrose Church (Delton) or Renucci Hospitality House Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI.
