She was predeceased by: her husband Ted Whipple; her son Craig Whipple; her parents, Lester Haines and June Haines; and her siblings, Tom Haines and Sandy Lopez (Haines).
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Hammel (Richard) of Portage, Michelle Caswell (Calvin) of Portage, Vincent Bradley (Linda) of Grand Haven, Brenda Johncock of Hastings, Cathy Merten (Steve) of Plainwell, Linda Williams (Steve) of Nashville and Mona Reid of Nashville; and her friends, Dawn Hill, Vivian Case, Sheryl Hagelshaw and Tammy Jacobs. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; two siblings; many nieces and nephews.
In her passion for animals she requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to The Barry County Humane Society or The Barry County Commission on Aging as they also greatly enriched her life.
