She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Gene and Frances Natalie Hoaglin (Sollars); her brother Leroy Hoaglin; and her grandchild Donnell Rowe. She is survived by: her husband Richard Herbstreith; her children, Janine Rowe (Ricky), Annette Raab (Perry), Lashell Thomas (Bobby) and John Herbstreith (Liliana); and her grandchildren, Cassie, DiAnthony, Caleb, Ariel, Jaxson, Janessa, Roman and Elysium. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
