He is survived by: his children, Craig Guy and Pam Kihn; his grandchildren, Kelly Donlin (John), Michelle Crouch (Steve), Christine Molenaar (Jeff), Trent Harvey (Amy) and Craig Harvey (Heather); his great grandchildren, Shane Willett, Andy Donlin, Johnny Munro, Alley Masse, Brittany Molenaar, Evan Molenaar, Abby Harvey, Logan Harvey and Olivia Harvey; and his great great grandchild Skylar Willett.
